Step into Christmas at Hooray’s with a magical Santa experience made for the whole family!
Each session is shared with a small group of families, creating a relaxed and festive atmosphere while ensuring every child gets some special one-to-one time with Santa.
The experience begins upstairs in Santa’s cosy grotto, where he’ll share a very special story created especially for Hooray’s. Each child will then have their own chance to chat with Santa, take some lovely festive photos and receive their special gift from him.
The fun then continues downstairs in the Hooray’s Playroom, where little ones can play and enjoy a scoop of gelato and a festive cookie. Santa will be there too, chatting with the children, joining in with the fun and posing for plenty more photos. Meanwhile, grown-ups can relax with a warming mulled wine or hot chocolate and a cookie of their own.
There are no rushed two-minute visits or long queues. If your little one feels shy at first, there’s plenty of time for them to settle in and enjoy the experience—and no one is too old to join in!
We’ll also be holding Relaxed SEN Storytime sessions with fewer families, a quieter atmosphere and a gentler pace. These sessions include all the same festive Hooray’s magic in a calmer, more comfortable setting.
Christmas fun for the whole family: everyone attending needs a ticket, children must be accompanied by an adult. Babies in arms need to be accounted for - but will not receive a gift, food, or drink. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session. Storytime begins promptly at the advertised time.
