SantaBooker Platform Agreement
By signing up to SantaBooker, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service. SantaBooker provides an online booking platform for Christmas and seasonal events. You are responsible for the delivery of your events and the accuracy of information you provide to customers.
2. Pricing. Onboarding is free if you set up yourself, or a one-time fee applies for our done-for-you service. A per-booking fee applies to confirmed bookings and is collected automatically from each customer payment through your connected Stripe account. Any optional platform add-ons you use are charged at the rates displayed during setup and invoiced periodically.
3. Customer payments. You connect your own Stripe account to accept payments from your customers. SantaBooker does not handle or hold customer money on your behalf.
4. Booking fees and invoicing. Per-booking fees are taken at the time of each booking, deducted from the customer's payment through your connected Stripe account, so there is no separate booking-fee invoice. If you use optional paid add-ons, those are invoiced periodically and paid via a secure payment link. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.
5. Cancellation. You may cancel your account at any time. Outstanding invoices must be settled. Onboarding fees are non-refundable.
6. Data. You retain ownership of your customer data. SantaBooker processes data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability. SantaBooker provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from event cancellations, customer disputes, or payment processing issues with your Stripe account.
